Yoga to Celebrate your Uniqueness

I create yoga sessions tailored to your goals, to perfectly fit your body and leave you feeling great.

Using a decade of yoga teaching as well as many years as a massage therapist I combine variety of yoga styles, myafacial release, self massage and relaxation techniques.

By reframing challenges and differences into a celebration of individuality and diversity we get to have have fun while exploring the world of yoga. Whether you are a cyclist with tight legs, have dementia, cancer, menopause, are neurodiverse or just feeling a bit stiff, I’ll create yoga just for you.

Private classes can take place at your home, The Massage Centre in Chiswick or online.

The benefits to spending time tuning into your body are as unique as we are. As we start to find comfort and connection in yoga, we often feel emotionally and mentally ready for our lives off the mat.
