Using a decade of yoga teaching as well as many years as a massage therapist I combine variety of yoga styles, myafacial release, self massage and relaxation techniques.
By reframing challenges and differences into a celebration of individuality and diversity we get to have have fun while exploring the world of yoga. Whether you are a cyclist with tight legs, have dementia, cancer, menopause, are neurodiverse or just feeling a bit stiff, I’ll create yoga just for you.
